The founders of the JumpFund are Chattanooga women engaged in start-up ventures, venture capital incubators, banking and finance, and philanthropy who observed in 2013 that the key players -- both investors and entrepreneurs -- in our regional startup scene were mostly men.
Kristina Montague is Managing Partner of the JumpFund, with over $5 million under management in both funds focused on providing growth capital to women-led ventures. She is also a partner in Next Wave US Impact Fund, a national effort to engage more women investors interested in impact-focused ventures. Previously, Kristina served as Assistant Dean of External Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's College of Business, where she developed her passion for supporting and encouraging women as business leaders. Kristina focuses her philanthropic and nonprofit work in the areas of education, entrepreneurship and social equity. Kristina is the vice chair of the board of directors for Launch Chattanooga and the Company Lab, and serves on the board of the Enterprise Center, Tennessee Aquarium and is a trustee of the Footprint Foundation. She is also an active member of the Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute and was recognized as a 2013 Woman of Distinction by the American Lung Association.
Cory Allison is the Founder & CEO of Rezli, Inc., a start-up company developing a comprehensive content, media, and career building platform that empowers people of all ages to turn their passion into a career by building their digital resume/portfolio, sharing their stories, and networking with others with similar interests. Previously, she founded Cory Allison Consulting, a management consulting services company catering to a variety of businesses, and WiggleWorm, a premier children’s boutique in Chattanooga, TN, which she sold in 2011 after seven years in operation. As a former consultant and project manager, she has close to two decades of experience in structuring and operating companies.
Dr. Shelley Provost is co-founder and CEO at Torch whose mission it is to make the internet a wonderful place for kids to grow up. In 2010, she left her psychotherapy practice for the world of startups. In addition to being GP at the JumpFund, Shelley is a partner at venture capital firm Lamp Post Group. Shelley writes about her work on purpose, relationships, and leadership in columns for Inc. and The Huffington Post. Her work has also appeared in Time, Yahoo Business, Fast Company, LifeHacker, and Buisiness Insider. Passionate about helping women develop authentic leadership, Shelley gave a 2015 Tedx talk entitled "Lead Like a Girl."
Betsy Brown is President of Pendleton Square Trust Company and also serves as a Director of the Trust Company. Prior to joining Pendleton Square, Betsy worked at Cumberland Trust and JPMorgan Private Bank serving affluent families throughout the Southeast. She also worked for more than 10 years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Betsy serves many roles in the community and brings her expertise in finance as a general partner in the JumpFund.
Tiffanie Robinson's current roles include CEO of Lamp Post Properties, Founder and active Partner at The JumpFund and Board Member at the Hamilton County Board of Education, School Board District 4. Previously, Tiffanie served as Head of Operations of Lamp Post Group from 2013 through 2015. During that time, she founded Way Paver, the talent innovation lab focusing on recruiting and retaining Millennial talent in Chattanooga. In addition, she successfully advocated for Chattanooga to join the global entrepreneurship network, Sandbox. Her main focus right now is on developing Second Story Real Estate Management, an extension of Lamp Post Properties which she founded and serves as President.
Stefanie Crowe is a wealth advisory and banking veteran of 25 years. She formerly served as SmartBank’s Chief Experience & Strategy Officer, guiding the company’s strategic planning process as well as facilitating efforts related to associate engagement, client experiences, public relations, innovation, brand and culture. Prior to joining SmartBank, she enjoyed nearly eight years with a de novo bank that facilitated a successful exit in 2015. Stefanie is a frequent presenter on topics related to wealth-building, entrepreneurship, leadership and community-building. She has served on numerous committees to support community events and fundraising efforts for organizations.

Kim is an active investor early-stage technology, life science, consumer product and media companies. She most recently was a Senior Partner with Mercer, responsible for leading their overall go-to-markert strategies in Atlanta and the surrounding area. Other roles she held at Mercer included Global Talent Technology Solutions Leader and Global HR Effectiveness Segment Leader. She was previously a Senior Consultant with PwC's Global HR Solutions group and also held the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager for both Woman's Hospital Foundation and Louisiana Worker's Compensation Corporation prior to beginning her consulting career.
Leonora Zilkha Williamson

Leonora Williamson is an Ambassador for India Hicks and a community volunteer. Her work experience is broad, and includes roles as the Executive Director of MAC Cosmetics International Division, Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and Investment Banking Analyst for J.P. Morgan. She loves the community, and has served on several boards throughout her time in Chattanooga. She is currently Board Chair at the Creative Discovery Museum and an active volunteer at her children's school and the Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute.
